This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Common Order, dated 30-09-2016, to the extent it pertains to IA.No.535 of 2016 in OS.No.3 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Mrs.M.Indrani, learned Counsel representing Mr.Challa Gunaranjan, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that this Court has dismissed CRP.No.5207 of 2017, arising out of the aforesaid Common Order to the extent it pertains to IA.No.584 of 2016.

For the same reasons for which CRP.No.5207 of 2017 was dismissed, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons and observations made therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.7127 of 2017, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
