This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 26.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.423 of 2016 in O.S.No.38 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kovur. 2.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.38 of 2009 on 21.02.2017. In view of the disposal of O.S.No.38 of 2009, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
