Heard.

Even the revision petitioner/judgment debtor No.3, whose movable property attached under Order XXI Rule 43 of CPC and on his undertaking to the amin entrusted to him for safe custody, when directed to produce by the impugned order of the lower court in E.A.No.252 of 2017, dated 27.10.2017, in the pending E.P. 138 of 2007 of the decree in O.S.No.2000 of 2005, it is his duty to produce leave apart even he exchanged earlier photocopier machine with a new one to produce the same unless he pays the amount due to the decree holder.

Having regard to the above, the revision itself is disposed of granting him six weeks time from today either to produce the exchanged photocopier machine or in the meantime to pay or settle the decree debt.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
