There is nothing to interfere with the order of the lower court but for if at all any work memo to be given by the parties within the scope of the commission that too when the purpose of the commission is to note the physical features and demarcation of the property in dispute, which is within the meaning of elucidating the matter in controversy as contemplated by Order XXVI Rule 9A CPC.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this civil revision petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
