HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.10363 of 2016 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9575 of 2016 ORDER:

The 2nd respondent-defacto complainant to the quash petition and the petitioner/sole accused represented by his GPA already recognized by order of this Court in Crl.P.M.P.No.9747 of 2016 dated 21.06.2016, are present.

Crl.P.M.P.No.10363 of 2016 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.1198 of 2015 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, which is outcome of crime No.547 of 2015 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably including by taking divorce in O.P.No.1471 of 2016 on the file of Family Court, Kukatpally, though same is not mentioned in the affidavit petition for compounding the offences and to purchase peace and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, Crl.P.M.P.No.10363 of 2016 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.1198 of 2015 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
