ORDER

This application is filed under Section 457 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 9 and 11 (b) of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, to take on record the action taken by the official liquidator for sale of the property of the company (in liquidation) pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 4.4.2017 in C.A.No.378 of 2017.

Learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator filed his report dated 11.08.2017 to the effect that no offers were received by the Official Liquidator in response to the advertisement. Having regard to the reasons stated therein, the application is ordered and the report of the Official Liquidator is taken on record.
