This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.3 in providing information to the petitioner in pursuance of his application dated 03-08-2018 filed under Section 6 of Right to Information Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.

Both counsel states that the writ petition can be disposed of, by giving direction to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
