Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignments.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after hling the writ petition the respondent I No.3/District Collector, Medchal-Malkajgiri District passed endorsement in E2 I 1814 l2OI8 dated 29.03.2025 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and in view of the same the cause in the writ petition does not survive and requested to close the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the said endorsement in the appropriate proceedings.
3. Recording the aforementioned submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner challenge \
