THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos.4267 and 5061 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.9338 of 2016 dated 29.03.2016, operative portion of which reads as follows:

"Having considered the fact that the interviews were already conducted by the 3rd respondent-District Collector on 19.12.2015 and especially in view of the fact that the applications submitted by the petitioners are pending with the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the applications of the petitioners and take appropriate steps subject to their satisfying the other criteria as laid down in G.O.Ms.No.20 dated 30.09.2015 and any other guidelines issued from time to time."

Recording the said submission made by both the learned counsel, both these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.9338 of 2016 dated 29.03.2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
