The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is non-disposal of I.A.No.393 of 2014 in O.S.No.84 of 2014 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam.

After considering the report dt.23-01-2018 of the Junior Civil Judge, Palamanaer, who is the FAC Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam, the said Officer is directed to dispose of the said I.A. within four (04) weeks after issuing notice to both parties positively and report the matter to this Court.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
