ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.34 of 2016 of Naidupet Police Station, Sri Potti Sri Ramulu, Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 120B, 341, 290, 506 r/w 34 IPC, against them.

2. It is alleged in the complaint that A1 being the Administrative Officer in Audisankara Techno School, Pitchireddythopu, Naidupet, had misappropriated an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- belongs to the School and used for his own and that when the Principal was going to the said School for inspection, A1 to A4 obstructed, abused him in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Based on the complaint, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.

3. In view of the serious allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners/A1 to A4 and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioners/A1 to A4 are directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed

of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
