The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 4 and 5 are seeking to evict him from the subject property, without following the due process of law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent - Municipality, on instructions, submit that before taking any action against the petitioner, in respect of the subject property, the said respondents would follow the due process of law. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the subject property without following the due process of law.
