This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 11.09.2017 passed in I.A.No.811 of 2016 in O.S.No.661 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Karimnagar. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC before the trial Court. 3.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
