HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.12662 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.377 of 2016 on the file of the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagityal. 2.

Sri Nikhil, learned counsel representing Sri T.Chandra Shekar, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the Calendar Case ended in conviction and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 also states the same.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
