Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had executed certain work orders for the 1st respondent but payments have not been released under the bills submitted by the petitioner in spite of the representations dt.06.04.2013, dt.03.03.2014 and dt.09.04.2014 submitted by the petitioner.

Sri P.Yasaswy, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said representations within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representations dt.06.04.2013, dt.03.03.2014 and dt.09.04.2014 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
