The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the land admeasuring Ac.1-35 cents in Sy.No.87/B of Kollivarigudem Village, T.Narsapuram Mandal through registered sale deed bearing document No.1144 of 2002 from his vendors. That the petitioner also got the land admeasuring Ac.0-62 cents in Sy.No.87/B of Kollivarigudem through registered gift deed bearing document No.1149 of 2002 executed by his father-in-law by name M.Venkateswararao S/o.Bapanaiah. In turn, the vendor of the petitioner got the property through registered sale deed bearing document No.1054 of 1967 from his Vendor Nalluri Gopaiah and in turn he got the same from his vendors Pydi Kasaiah and others through registered sale deed bearing document No.1715 of 1957. It is also the case of the petitioner that in the E-pass book issued to the petitioner, the subject land is mentioned as D-Form patta land/Assigned land. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

A perusal of the above facts goes to show that the petitioner is claiming his title from registered documents. It is not known on what basis the subject land is classified as D-form patta land without acquiring the same under D-form patta. Instead of filing writ petition, the petitioner could have

been made application to respondents 2 for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to file application to respondent No. 2 along with necessary documents and on such application, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
