Heard both sides.

This Tr.CMP. is filed seeking transfer of HMOP.No.55 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

This application is not opposed by the counsel for respondent.

However, since there is a Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, HMOP.No.55 of 2018 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar is transferred from the file of said Court to the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Accordingly, this Tr.CMP. is allowed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
