The complaint of the petitioner in this revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution is with regard to the failure on the part of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, to pass final orders in I.A.No.952 of 2017 in O.S.No.410 of 2017.

Perusal of the docket in the suit reflects that an ex parte order was granted by the trial Court on 07.08.2017 and the defendant filed his counter on 11.08.2017. Thereafter, the matter seems to be undergoing adjournments from time to time. The trial Court seems to be unmindful of the mandate of Order 39 Rule 3-A CPC in dealing with such I.As. The C.R.P is disposed of directing the trial Court to adhere to the mandate of Order 39 Rule 3-A CPC.
