HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18446 of 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed with the following direction:
"to declare the 3rd and 4th respondent's action is illegal, contrary to law and unconstitutional and also violates the Article 14 and 300 A of Constitution of India for not Surveying, demarcate and fixing the Boundary stones of the 1st petitioner's land in Sy No.828 and further declare the action of the 5th Respondent is illegal, Contrary to law for not seizing the Bore Wells drilled by the 7th Respondent in the NSP land in Sy No.827 and further declare the action of the 6th Respondent for not disconnecting the Power Connection to the 7th Respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the 5th respondent as per the contents of the complaint filed by the 2nd petitioner in the Registered Post on 09.03.2016."
2. Heard both sides.
3. Both the counsel stated that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by common order, dated 28.01.2016, of this Court in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch.
