THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.42939 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 11.12.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Amalapuram Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home.

To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:

"It is submitted that on receipt of the Radio Message from the Government Pleader for Home, State of A.P.High Court, Hyderabad, the Station House Officer/4th respondent herein verified the station records and found that no complaint dated 12.11.2018 was received as alleged by the Writ Petitioner. The 4th respondent gone through the contents of the Writ Petition and deny all the allegations made in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition did not approached the 4th respondent and filed complaint dated 12.11.2018 as alleged in the Writ Petition. It is submitted that the Writ Petitioner and the respondent No.6 and 7 are doing business of purchasing the prawn from the prawn cultivators and sell the same to the exporters. It is submitted that there are disputes between the Writ Petitioner filed (5) N.I.Act cases before the Addl.Judl.First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram and the cases are pending consideration."

On noticing the above instructions, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by placing on record the written instructions dated 11.12.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Amalapuram Police Station. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to lodge a complaint for consideration

of respondents herein in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
