The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the 2nd respondent is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law for not consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 19.09.2017 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to initiate the 145 Cr.P.C. proceedings of the representation filed by the petitioner on 12.09.2017 immediately" 2.

Petitioner is given liberty to file petition with appropriate prayer in the comprehensive suit filed by him for partition and separate possession. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. The Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
