Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also filed a letter dated 08-08-2019 into the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted earlier i.e. on 26-11-2018 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
