O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court on 10.08.2016, the Tahsildar-3rd respondent conducted enquiry and passed orders, as such petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent.

Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
