The contempt case is filed without properly explaining how the petitioner has complied with the time frame stipulated by this Court. The petitioner before complaining disobedience by the respondents ought to show, the petitioner has adhered to the time schedule stipulated by this Court.

For the present, this Court is not inclined to pursue the contempt case.

Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
