Heard Mr. K. V. Seshagiri Rao for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents.

Petitioner challenges notice dated 01.09.2016 calling upon petitioner to vacate quarter No.2F/ 16, LSHES, Mothugudem village. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer and requests the Court to direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of representation dated 26.09.2016 within reasonable period. 4.

Since the petitioner has given up the challenge to notice and requests the Court to direct the third respondent to pass orders on representation dated 26.09.2016, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

The third respondent is directed to examine the representation dated 26.09.2016 and pass order within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
