The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.4-26 cents in Survey No.293-1 of Gollapuram village and Grampanchayat, Hindupur mandal, Ananthapuram. He purchased the said land from one Anjappa @ Anjinappa vide a registered sale deed Document No.7155/2011, and pattadar passbook was issued to him. It is his further case that the land originally belonged to one P.S.Nanjundappa, who mortgaged the land in the Cooperative Society and became a defaulter. Later, petitioner's vendor purchased the subject land in the auction sale conducted by the Cooperative Society. Thereafter, when the petitioner's vendor filed W.P.No.21373 of 2010 before this Court, this Court directed the 6th respondent herein (Sub Registrar, Hindupur) to receive the document and register the same.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the subject land is included in the prohibited list under Section 22-A(1)(e) of the Registration Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, in similar circumstances in W.P.No.44039 of 2017, allowed the writ petition and hence similar orders may be passed in this writ petition as well. For reasons alike in W.P.No.44039 of 2017 and in terms thereof, the present writ petition also stands allowed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
