THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.12663 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners in C.C.No.726 of 2017 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, outcome of Cr.No.270 of 2017 of Miyapur Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant. The petitioners A.1 to A.3 and A.5 (against A.4-Dr.Abhinav Sahu the case is not pressed) and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offence. In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and A.5 in C.C.No.726 of 2017 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad. The petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and A.5 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
