The contempt case is filed alleging non implementation of the order, dated 07.09.2016, passed in W.P.No.22874 of 2016. Now the learned standing counsel for the respondents produced before the Court, the order dated 01.12.2017 complying with the directions of this Court.

In view of the same, no further proceedings are required in the contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
