Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the grounds urged in the transfer petition.

The petitioner is resident of Vijayawada seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.1295 of 2017 pending on the file of the IV additional District Judge-cum-I-Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar to the Judge, Family court, Vijayawada, saying besides the fact that she is a female, unable to take ordeal of all through lonely, there are maintenance case in F.C.O.P.No.716 of 2017 and divorce case in F.C.O.P.No.875 of 2016 pending before the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada.

Having regard to the above, the transfer C.M.P. is allowed and F.C.O.P.No.1295 of 2017 pending on the file of the IV Additional District Judge-cum-I Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is withdrawn and transfer to the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, for posting all the three cases on one day to the convenience of the parties. Further, the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, shall not insist the personal appearance of the respondent herein if representing through advocate under Section 13 of the

Family Courts Act, if any, but for reconciliation and for giving of evidence.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
