HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31091 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 4th respondent in resuming the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 gutnas in Sy.No.124/27 situated at Mirzapur Village, Pudur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District vide proceedings No.B/1116/2016 dated 18.08.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no notice was issued to the petitioner before passing the impugned order. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, basing on the record submits that notice was sought to be served on the petitioner and when petitioner refused to receive the same, the same was pasted on the residential address of the petitioner. Admittedly, there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner against the impugned proceedings.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available to him under law. No costs.
