HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17567 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed against the impugned notice dated 19-05-2016 issued under Section 7 of A.P.Land Encroachment Act. It is only show-cause notice. The petitioner has not challenged the jurisdiction or authority who issued the impugned notice and this Court will normally interfere with the issuance of show-cause notice, unless it is without jurisdiction.

In view of the same, it is for the petitioner to submit his explanation before the 3rd respondent and it is for the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders. As such, I do not see any valid ground to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted another two weeks time for filing reply from today.
