Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not considering and passing appropriate orders on the representation dated 28.05.2016 filed by the petitioners for grant of patta to the land admeasuring Ac.1.19 guntas in Survey No.215 of Algunoor Village, M.R.Thimmapur, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 28.05.2016 made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the said representation may be directed to be considered in accordance with law, if anything survives in the representation. 6.

Having regard to the above, the respondent-authorities shall consider the said representation dated 28.05.2016, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.
