The learned counsel for the petitioners Sri P.Venkata Rao filed letter dated 15-12-2017 stating that single writ petition has been filed for individual causes of the petitioners and, therefore, as per instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file individual writ petitions.
