THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15276 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition to enable the petitioner to question the G.O., exempting the 3rd respondent temple, in pursuance of Section 15 of the Endowments Act, 1997. Inasmuch as, the prayer in the Writ Petition is only seeking a direction to take steps for constitution of a Trust Board, withdrawal of this Writ Petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner in exercising his legal to question any other proceedings.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
