HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 18941 of 2002 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not getting any instructions from his clients.

This writ petition was filed in 2002. With the passage of time, the

petitioners seem to have lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition further and hence, they are not getting in touch with their Advocate. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
