This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 19.07.2016 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Application No.15 of 2016 (Old Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.02 of 2011) on the file of the Court of the VI Additional District Judge, Sompeta.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

The above civil miscellaneous appeal was filed challenging the order dated 14.12.2010 passed in I.A.No.128 of 2009 in O.S.No.35 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Tekkali.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 12.03.2018.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
