This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A2, A3, A4 and A5 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge them on bail in Crime No. 169 of 2016 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur district, registered for the offences under section 302, 304-B, 201, 109 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. Sri R.L. Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioners/A2, A3, A4 and A5 seek permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
