THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 18075 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner, who claims to be a social worker, appears to have lodged a complaint before respondent No.2-Station House Officer, Jagathgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad against one Chaitanya Vidyaniketan Educational Society, which is running a school. He states that he also lodged a complaint on 25.02.2016 before respondent No.3-District Educational Officer, Ranga Reddy District to take action against one Sivaratri Yadagiri and other Members of the Society for producing a fake sanitary certificate. He also states that he addressed a letter, dated 23.02.2016, to the Assistant Medical Officer of Health, Quthbullapur Circle, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, who in turn, addressed a letter to respondent No.3 on 04.05.2016 seeking necessary instructions to the concerned authorities as per law. When no action has been taken, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that respondent No.3 is not the competent authority and now the School comes under the jurisdiction of the District Educational Officer, Medchal, who has to take action.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, reproducing the averments made in the affidavit, by enclosing a copy of the earlier communication issued by

the Assistant Medical Officer of Health, Quthbullapur Circle, to the then District Educational Officer, Ranga Reddy District, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the District Educational Officer, Medchal, for taking necessary action. The District Educational Officer, Medchal shall take appropriate action within three months from the date receipt of the said representation. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
