This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/third party, assailing the common order, dated 28.10.2013, of the learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, At L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.433 of 2013 in O.S.No.611 of 2011.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the dismissal of the suit on 07.10.2015 by the trial Court, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
