The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to avail the remedy, in case any action is taken by the Revenue Divisional Officer-respondent No.3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
