THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6366 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 17.10.2017 in I.A. No.1009 of 2017 in O.S.No.73 of 2010 on the file of the Court of First Additional District Judge, Kadapa.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under law. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
