This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of second respondent in interfering with the constructions being raised by the petitioner, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. The same is recorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
