HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.3145 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the interim order passed by this Court in I.A. No. 1 of 2018 in W.P. No.13204 of 2018 dated 25.04.2018. 2.

By the aforesaid order dated 25.04.2018, this Court suspended the operation of the proceedings No.1).A1/6927/2015 dated 01.05.2017, VLT No.1-421/C, 2) A1/6927/2015 dated 01.05.2017, VLT No.1-421/C/7 and 3) A1/6927/2015 dated 01.05.2017, VLT No.1-4-21/18 passed by respondent No.3 herein. 3.

During the pendency of the contempt case, respondent No.2-Municipal Commissioner, Mehboobnagar has filed counter affidavit stating that in compliance of the interim order of this Court dated

25.04.2018, he has suspended the operation on 22.12.2018 vide proceedings No.Lr.R.O.C.

No.A1/Taxes/2018, dated 22.12.2018.

In view of the interim order of this Court, no further action has been taken except implementing the same and communicating the decision thereon to the petitioner on 24.12.2018. For the delay in implementing the order of this Court, he tendered unconditional apology. As such, there is no willful and deliberate violation on the part of the respondents to initiate the action under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

In the said circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.
