It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.07.2015.

Following the same and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of. A copy of order passed in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch shall form part of the record. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
