Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance and willful violation of the order dt.19-08-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.32560 of 2016 in W.P.No.26317 of 2016.

In the said order, this Court granted liberty to the petitioners to appoint teachers on applying and securing temporary permission therefor. Petitioners allege that in spite of submission of all documents, the respondents have not granted permission. Thus the Contempt Case is filed.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the respondents that they have granted permission to the petitioners to fill up five posts of School Assistants in the petitioners institutions. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in all the petitioners have sought permission to fill up 18 posts and that the action of the respondents in permitting only five posts to be filled would be questioned separately in a separate Writ Petition.

Therefore this Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue their challenge to the refusal of the respondents to fill up the other 13 posts sought by them. No costs. 7.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
