The case of the petitioners is that though they were granted pattas, but subject lands are not handed over to them. On that they made several representations including the one 22-10-2018, 24-10-2018 and 05-11-2018. Aggrieved by inaction on the said representations, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law.
