THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5984 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Revision is filed questioning the docket order dated 20.10.2017 in E.P. No. 41 of 2002 in O.S. No. 76 of 1991 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram. In the order under Revision, it has been recorded that, " the judgment debtors filed a memo stating that the Revision was restored, but no CC of stay by the Hon'ble High Court was filed and hence, as per the earlier orders of Hon'ble High Court, the case was revised and in the remand order of arrest of the JDr. 2, 3, 5 to 7 on payment of process."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

Since Civil Revision Petition No. 3202 of 2010 has been dismissed by the order passed today, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
