This writ petition is filed to declare the in-action on the part of the 3rd respondent in granting permission to deepen and flush (cleaning) of the existing bore well in the land of the petitioner in Sy.No.71-4 of Veldurthi village, Chenne Kotha Palli mandal, Anantapur district in spite of making an application dated 20-082018 in that behalf, as being illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of consequential directions in the interest of justice. Heard learned counsel on both sides. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20-08-2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In case no orders are passed within the time ordained, it is open for the petitioner to carry out the bore well works as sought in this writ petition. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs. ______________________________ A.
