The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.4-87 cents each in Sy.No.116-2 situated at Veluru Village, Podili Mandal of Prakasam District, their names are not entered in 1-B, Adangal and in web land revenue records, they made representation on 13-08-2018 to the 4th respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and take action in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
