The grievance of the petitioners is that their representation dated 27-09-2018 for removal of encroachments made by the 6th respondent to lay the cart way for ingress and egress of petitioners to their lands is pending before the competent authority. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
